Hi!
I'm Dianne Tremain. I have enjoyed living on the Big Island since I moved here from Alaska over 21 years ago. Twenty of those years I have worked as a professional real estate agent with Phyllis Sellens & Company.

My husband, (of 31 years) and I have 3 children. They all went through our public school system in the Kealakehe School District. My children have been active in baseball, tennis, golf and soccer. We have some wonderful sports programs here for both children and adults.

We enjoy the many water sports available on the Big Island. We go fishing, surfing, snorkeling and swimming all the time. We like to take walks and explore areas of our coastline. We visit remote beaches to have picnic lunches; we even bring our dog sometimes. (She loves that)! It brings us together and has created many memories and good times.

I specialize in residential, condominium and vacant land real estate. My goal as a Realtor is to provide good information about our community and neighborhoods. I will listen to your needs and wants and help you find the best location. Then work hard to get you the best property at the best price.

Aloha,
I'm Ruth Glatt, originally from New York, migrated to Los Angeles, before moving to Hawaii in 1981. Because i had been investing in Hawaiian Real Estate for several years, I decided I should learn more about Hawaiian Real Estate Law, contracts. and policies. I signed up for the RE Licensing course, just for the learning experience, and that's how my career in Real Estate began. I hadn't planned it, but I love it.

Before moving to Kailua- Kona, I was an Educator with the LA City School District for 21 years. During that time I had many different positions within the system. I retired as a Resource Specialist, after spending 14 years in the classroom, and three years as Educational Director of Open Space Teacher Center, where we developed project oriented and alternative teaching methods and curriculum We had classes for Teachers and worked in conjunction with the Graduate Department at Immaculate Heart College.

During this time, my husband of 46 years, Myron, also worked for the Los Angeles City School System where he made Educational films and served as a Media Specialist for Los Angeles City schools, and Northridge State College. He is now totally retired. He swims, snorkels (in our calm ocean waters) and rides his bike along beautiful Alii Dr., every day. He still teaches but as a volunteer, teaching Tai Chi, to Seniors.

As soon as i arrived in Hawaii, my Realtor, Louis Kahanamoku (brother of the famous Duke Kahanmoku) suggested that I join his Outrigger Canoe Paddling Club. He thought it would be a good way for me to meet the local folks, learn about Hawaiian culture and also,great exercise. I've always been so very thankful, for that wise advice Since that time, I've paddled for 14 years, on several Championship crews, survived 5 Triathlons, and 1 Tinman Biathlon. Not too bad for a New York girl.
